TEMPLE
Dinda :
(Take some pictures of Prambanan Temple)
Ana :
“Prambanan is a beautiful temple, isn’t it?”
Dinda :
(Still hold her camera) “Oh, yes, it is. I love the
design of Prambanan Temple. The design is very unique”
Ana :
“Me too. Have you ever been here before?”
Dinda :
“No, this is my first visit to Prambanan Temple and
to Indonesia”
Ana :
“What places have you visited in Indonesia?”
Dinda :
“Emm, not many. Yesterday, i went to Kota Gede and
bought some silver. Then, i went to Gembiraloka Zoo. Today, i visit Prambanan
Temple”
Ana :
“Oh, i forgot! Let me introduce my self! My name is
Lediana Safira. You can call me Ana. Actually, I am an English student and i
just want to practice my English with you. Do you mind?”
Dinda :
“Oh, I see. That’s okay”
Ana :
“Emm, what is your name?”
Dinda :
“My name is Dinda Brown. You can call me Dinda”
Ana :
“With whom did you come here?”
Dinda :
“Just alone”
Ana :
“Where do you come from?”
Dinda :
“Me? I am from Australia. I just take a
holiday now”
Ana :
“Dinda, do you know the legend about this temple?”
Dinda :
“The legend? Emm, i think i’ve never heard about it
before”
Ana :
“Oh, if that so. Let me tell you about the legend.
Actually, there are many versions about the legend of Prambanan Temple. But i
will tell you one. Shortly, Prambanan Temple, also known as Rorojonggrang
Temple is a princess”
Dinda :
“A princess? How come? The princess became a stone?
Are you serious?”
Ana :
“Yes, i am serious and you are right, the princess
became a stone. It is because she refused to marry with Bandung Bondowoso.
Bandung Bondowoso was so strong, he had a troop of genie. Being mad, Bandung
Bondowoso turned Rorojonggrang to a stone”
Dinda :
“What a terrible love. But, that is a nice story”
Ana :
“Anyway, because this is your first visit to
Indonesia, i want to know, what is your impression about Indonesian people?”
Dinda :
“The Indonesian people are very nice, so cheerful,
and they always help people who need help. Eventhough, they don’t know who the
person they help”
Ana :
(Look at the wacth) “Well, i think i run out of
time. Before i go, do you mind if we take picture together?”
Dinda :
“Of course. Come closer!” (Take a picture together)
Ana :
“Okay, i have to go now. It was nice to meet you.
Thank you very much for your time. Have a nice holiday and good bye!”
Dinda :
“Your welcome! Good bye!”
